JYG Garment is a custom apparel manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. Our contact details are listed at the bottom of this page. This policy covers this website and the ways you can reach us from it.
2. What we collect
We only receive information that you choose to send us. There is no account, no login and no payment step on this website.
- What you send us: your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and any product brief, artwork, size chart or other file you attach — sent through our quote form, by email, or over WhatsApp.
- What we do not collect: we ask for no payment details, no government ID and no passwords.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and manage your order if you place one. That is all. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies, and it does not run any analytics, tracking, advertising or session-recording scripts. Nothing is written to your browser's storage by this site, so there is nothing here to consent to. Our web fonts are served from this same domain rather than a third party.
If we ever add an analytics or measurement tool, this section will be rewritten to name the tool and describe what it records before that tool goes live.
5. Third-party services this site relies on
- GitHub Pages hosts the files for this website. Like any web host, it records standard server logs (which include your IP address) in order to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.
- Google Forms processes the message you send through the “Get a Free Quote” button. That submission is handled under Google's own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us when you use the WhatsApp button.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our bookkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time: what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email us at jyggarment@foxmail.com and we will action it.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
