DTG Print

Water-based pigment ink jetted straight into the fabric — no screens, no colour separation.

Direct-to-garment printing works like an inkjet printer aimed at a shirt. The garment is pre-treated so the ink bonds to the fibres, then the print head lays down CMYK plus white in one pass.

With no screen or plate, a full-colour photographic image costs the same as a one-colour logo, which makes DTG the practical route for small runs, samples and designs that change often. The print sits in the fabric rather than on top of it, so it stays soft — though colour is most saturated on 100% cotton and slightly muted on dark blends.
