Screen Print

One mesh screen per colour, ink pushed through with a squeegee — still the sharpest and most durable flat print.

Screen printing builds an image one colour at a time. Each colour gets its own mesh screen with the artwork burned into an emulsion stencil; ink is pulled across it and cured. The result is a thick, opaque layer that holds up to repeated washing and reads crisply on both light and dark grounds, including polyester and blends where DTG struggles.

The trade-off is setup: every colour adds a screen and a pass through the dryer, so cost per unit falls sharply as quantity rises.
