Puff Print

Plastisol ink with a blowing agent that expands under heat, leaving a raised soft-touch relief.

Puff printing starts as a normal screen print. The difference is an additive in the ink that releases gas when the garment passes through the dryer, expanding the layer upward into a rounded, foam-like relief.

Height depends on how much additive is used and how hot the cure runs, so the effect is tuned per design rather than switched on or off. It works best on simple, bold shapes with a solid fill — very fine lines and small counters tend to collapse as the ink rises.
