Curved Seam Panel Zip Hoodie
A full-zip hoodie built from curved panels, each seam traced with a fine contrast piping that runs from the shoulder to the hem.
The construction is the whole idea: instead of a straight side seam, the body is cut into curved panels that sweep from the shoulder down and forward into the hem. Every one of those seams is bound with a fine contrast piping, so the line stays visible whether the jacket is zipped or open. A full-length zip with a black tape closes the front, and the hood is a clean shape with no drawcord.
The cloth is a 400 gsm cotton-modal blend — 47.5% polyester, 24.3% modal, 23.8% cotton and 4.4% spandex — with a bonded 100% polyester lining. The modal content is what gives it the soft, slightly dry hand and the spandex keeps the panel curves sitting flat instead of puckering at the seam. Six stock colours, or matched to your Pantone.

The stated build is what we quote as standard. These mill fabrics can be swapped in at sampling stage — hand, drape and weight all change, so we send swatches before you commit.

All measurements are taken by hand — a 1–3 cm tolerance is normal. The spandex content means the finished garment recovers after wear, so measure a worn sample rather than a fresh one.
